The Plitvice resort is located near the Plitvice Lakes National Park, which has two types of modular units. Lake houses prepared as hotel rooms with a spacious bathroom and outdoor terrace and Tree houses designed as family unit consisting of a common living area and kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The units are made of basic steel structure, thermal insulation and a permanent facade. The facade is made of a combination of aluminum profilated panels and HPL exterior panels in wood decor. Huge glass openings are made of structural aluminum facades. The interior is lined with wooden panels, which connects the houses with nature.
